Winning pitch design and branding created for a high end luxury development in Dublin, Ireland. Inspired by the interior of the apartments, I used marble for the cover mixed with black ink and copper foiling as contrast. The black and copper was inspired by the modern yet chic decor of the penthouse. Book document designed with an open envelope style flap and string-tie closure. Perfect bound with marble paper stock, black foiling and accent fresso gesso inner pages.
